Banana Republic Factory Store – Print & Digital

Scope of Work: 

For Banana Republic Factory Store, I art directed, designed, and produced advertising and in-store creative across a wide range of seasonal and promotional campaigns. Over an 18-month period, I led creative execution for store environments, campaign assets, and customer-facing marketing materials, ensuring the work remained polished, brand-aligned, and production-ready across every touchpoint.

My work included store window displays, in-store POP signage, packaging, direct mail, on-site outdoor and OOH placements, digital assets, and advertising campaigns. I was responsible for both concept and execution, moving fluidly between art direction, hands-on design, production, and final delivery.

I also helped modernize the team’s workflow by bringing digital creative in-house, reducing reliance on outside agency support and improving consistency between print and digital campaign work.

Key Achievements: 

During my time supporting Banana Republic Factory Store, I helped deliver a broad range of campaign and retail creative with a high level of brand consistency across store, print, outdoor, direct mail, and digital channels. By bringing digital creative in-house, I helped save the company thousands of dollars per year in agency fees while increasing speed, cohesion, and alignment between digital and print executions.

I also introduced a data-merge workflow for in-store signage across both Gap Outlet and Banana Republic Factory Store. Previously, signage was built manually using Adobe Illustrator layers, which created a slow and detail-heavy process that could take two to three days to complete while still requiring careful QA to maintain accuracy and design standards.

By shifting the process to a data-merge system, we reduced that work to approximately one hour or less. This dramatically improved production speed, reduced opportunities for error, and created a more scalable way to produce high-volume signage while preserving brand quality. The result was faster execution, stronger consistency, and a more efficient creative workflow across recurring retail campaign needs.
