For Zadig & Voltaire, I led creative strategy and design execution through Magnus.Idea, working in partnership with a marketing agency. Our agency handled the creative work while the marketing partner managed the broader client relationship, campaign setup, and media strategy.
As Co-founder and Chief Creative & Design Officer, I led client partnerships, guided creative strategy, and directed a globally distributed design team. I also remained hands-on throughout the work, contributing directly to design refinements and production edits when needed to help the team meet tight timelines without sacrificing quality.
The campaign work focused on multi-variate testing for paid social media. We created static and motion/video assets designed to test different positioning, headlines, imagery, and creative combinations across social stories and posts. To improve speed and consistency, I developed a workflow using data-merge technology and Jasper AI to support variant generation and accelerate content exploration.
The work helped create a repeatable creative testing system for Zadig & Voltaire social campaigns. We began by testing headline variations organized around different positioning strategies, then paired the winning headlines with different imagery and motion treatments to identify stronger creative combinations.
This approach consistently produced higher visits and conversions from qualified traffic by identifying the best-performing combinations by segment. Beyond the final campaign assets, the workflow improved production speed, supported more disciplined testing, and allowed the team to generate a broader range of polished creative variants within tight timelines.
The project also demonstrated my ability to bridge creative direction, hands-on design, AI-enabled workflow development, and performance marketing strategy — helping the team move quickly while keeping the work visually elevated, brand-aligned, and commercially focused.
