Scope of Work:
I had the honor of leading the innovative creative direction and UX of the Rakuten Americas landing page, with a primary focus on elevating user experience and navigational ease. Through a carefully structured approach, we engaged in unmoderated user testing, employing open-ended questions to elicit rich, insightful feedback that pinpointed key areas for enhancement. Our contributions encompassed:
- In-depth user research and testing
- UX and creative design strategies
- Responsive web design (rWeb) implementation
Key Achievements:
Our dedicated efforts culminated in the provision of detailed feedback to our client, effectively translating into a range of design, layout, and functionality options. These meticulously addressed user feedback while aligning with the marketing team’s strategic goals. Through merely three iterative development rounds, we successfully established a clear design direction. We supplied the client with Sketch files along with development-ready content, meticulously sliced and prepared for development of a fully responsive landing page. The project reached a triumphant conclusion, leaving behind a thoroughly satisfied client and achieving the sought-after enhancements to the user experience.
